Wellbeing Advisory Board

Health and wellbeing made clear and simple

We all know that health and wellbeing are important, but unravelling, understanding and acting on some of the information available can be challenging. There’s a lot out there and information can be fragmented, making it hard to know what’s credible if you’re not an expert in the field.

We’ve established a Wellbeing Advisory Board to help clarify information through a group of experts across a range of clinical, occupational and vocational rehabilitation fields as well as business consulting. Together they work together to do the heavy lifting for you on the important issues facing all of us today.

Whether you’re an employer looking for guidance or have an employee facing a health issue, we can help.

How we can help

We’ll do the heavy lifting. Our experts will do the sorting and sifting to signpost useful content.

We’ll provide summaries and key information that don’t take an age to read, as well as stories and examples to bring topics to life and show how health and financial wellbeing issues can be addressed in various ways.

team meeting

Topic one: Post-covid

We’re providing support and guidance around the topic of Post-Covid (often referred to as Long Covid). Making sure you have quick access to the best information.

Topic two: Financial wellbeing

As we continue to navigate our way through the cost-of-living crisis, our Wellbeing Advisory Board provide vital tools, resources and signposting to help support both businesses and their employees.

Topic three: Burnout

Burnout is a state of complete mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion. It negatively impacts wellbeing, potentially leading to increased stress, anxiety and other long-term health issues, which can affect employees, their family and their ability to function effectively.

Additional wellbeing support

With our Group Protection proposition, we put the individual at the heart of everything we do. We see the person not the illness and that’s why our outcomes focussed approach to wellbeing focuses on enabling employees to Be Well. Get Better and Be Supported in the moments that matter most.

Be Well

Helping employees actively manage their health
