Claim reviewed
When we receive the claim form we will contact the person who the claim is for and ask them to complete a member claim form. They’ll be able to complete this online if we’re provided with their personal email address on the claim form. If the claim is for an employee’s child, we’ll contact the parent we’re covering.
We’ll assess the information we receive to check if further details are required to support the claim.
Payment
Payment is made to the person who the claim is for, usually within 5 working days of a claim being accepted. If it’s a child, we’ll pay the employee we’re covering.
