We’ve added the UK’s first virtual cancer survivorship clinic to our wellbeing framework
We're delighted to announce our brand-new partnership with Perci Health.
Perci Health provides virtual, personalised cancer care designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for employees.
The service is available to employees covered by our Group income protection, who have been unable to work for a prolonged period having gone through, or who are currently receiving treatment for cancer. The support is designed to help employees, where appropriate, return to work successfully.
Perci Health’s market-first solution provides specialist clinical and vocational rehabilitation through their virtual clinics. It provides access to a multidisciplinary team of high-quality cancer experts from over 20 different specialisms, including: Cancer nurse specialists, dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, menopause specialists/therapists, psychologists, genetic counsellors, and clinical exercise coaches. All care is provided through their virtual clinics and is focused on the physical, psychological and practical effects of cancer.

How employees are signposted to the service:
The service is designed to help employees having gone through, or who are currently receiving treatment, following a diagnosis for cancer.
The service is only available to absent employees following an assessment by one of our Vocational Clinical Specialists, after receiving an absence notification from the employer. If it’s deemed clinically appropriate, and there is a likelihood that support will help the employee return to work, our specialists will then refer them to Perci Health.
The caring customer success team at Perci Health will be on hand to provide support. Where required, all care services can be delivered over the telephone as well, if needed.
