Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Report – Third Edition
Digital health and wellbeing

Empowering growth through digital innovation
In today’s workplace, using digital health and wellbeing services can help employers grow satisfaction, culture, engagement, inclusivity and of course the health and wellbeing of their employees. From a financial adviser’s perspective, technology can help grow wellbeing awareness for their client’s knowledge, expertise and purpose. It's the value that digital health services add to people, business and wider society, together with their future potential, that we’re focusing on in this edition of our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Report. We’ve broken this edition of the report down into four bitesize instalments. We hope you enjoy reading them.
Instalment one
The role of digital health and wellbeing services in prevention, early intervention, and inclusion.
Instalment two
The role of technology, data and insights in the build of employee benefit programmes and what this means to the foundations and culture of the business.
Instalment three
The role of digital in supporting people back to work when they’re off sick.
Instalment four
The role of digital in chronic condition management, including AI and the future of Group Protection.
