Adapting to Covid
Accessed through our Group Income Protection, our market-leading rehabilitation services have already been supporting employees with symptoms of long Covid. Reacting quickly with an early intervention package has enabled employees to develop strategies that help them back to work and everyday life.
The right support at the right time
In 2024, 658 employees were supported back to work within the deferred period through early intervention services accessed through our Group Income Protection. A further 378 employees were able to return to work following a period of benefit and support. Over £232 million was paid out in Group Life claims.
